Since relocating to Switzerland, Iāve been tuning into FM radio more than ever. One station in particular has become a favouriteāSW4, broadcasting from Baden-Württemberg. Their playlist is a goldmine of English and American classics from the 60s through to the 90s, peppered with the occasional gem in German or French. Thereās something about hearing The BeatlesĀ or Fleetwood MacĀ echoing through our new home that grounds me, makes me feel connected.Only snag? Every time I plug in my laptopāinterference. A reminder, perhaps, that some of lifeās best moments arenāt meant to be multitasked.
This reflective pace suits me. Iāve always been the book lover in my familyāthe one drawn to great stories and real lives lived with grit and grace. From memoirs of racing car drivers to the philosophies of national leaders, Iāve learned so much from reading the journeys of others. Whether it's a rugby coach breaking down team psychology or a business pioneer explaining how they built an empire, these stories shape how I think, lead, and live.
Iāve now curated my 50 favourite readsĀ from the last 15 yearsābooks that have shaped my thinking around business, self-development, and resilience. Youāll find this compilationā"My 50 Books"āinside the Premium Vault, alongside my nutrition guide 13 Foods to Build MuscleĀ and a growing library of helpful resources: downloadable guides, shop display templates, inspirational photos, and much more.
If you're someone who enjoys a good story, appreciates quality learning tools, or just wants to sharpen up your butcher business or nutrition knowledge, I invite you to take a look.
